A traditional black & tan coffee. We used our delicious Guaya'b and roasted it two ways - dark to bring out the rich chocolatey notes. Medium to highlight the orange sweetness and distinct acidity. We then blended the two roast profiles together to achieve a very balanced sweet and smoky brew.
A small portion of all Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center certified coffees gets donated back to the SMBC to aid in research efforts.
